Athletisphere is the new name for Swamp Rabbit Customs, LLC. 

The owners both grew up around sports here in Spartanburg, SC. As they grew older, they realized the need for merchandise for local teams. They noticed the only merchandise was at big box stores and those designs were very basic and reused between teams. This began Swamp Rabbit Customs, in which they started creating graphics and working with another business to outsource them and get the items printed. This went on for about 2 years before making the decision to go "all-in" and start doing production on their own. This is what was the beginning of the storefront for Swamp Rabbit Customs in 2022. Even with the success, the majority of sales were happening online and the store front was shut down to only operate as office and production space, no walk-in traffic. That has since continued and as sales have been reviewed, majority of the sales were focused in the sports area. After reviewing a lot of factors, the need for athletes, fans, teams, and schools to have merchandise and gear with quality and unique designs still stands. These groups deserve to get the same unique and quality designs on quality products as these major colleges get from the billion dollar companies. With that, names starting floating around for rebranding. The thought came about that "we need to allow athletics to see a new world", and that is where the names started flowing. The name that was landed on, was Athletisphere. This is the beginning of a new world for athletics. Enter the Athletisphere.
